Ways to Make Your Company Campaign "A Very Big" Success

• Have the head of your company send a pre-event note and post-campaign note promoting donation.
• Run a web banner on your in-house intranet or send an e-blast message.
• Display a poster on your bulletin board.
• Place an ad or an article in your newsletter about donation.
• Sponsor a company-wide breakfast or event. Invite a local representative from LifeShare or have someone in your company who has a personal or family donation or transplant experience share their story.
• Implement a leave policy for employees who donate organs or bone marrow as living donors.
• Give a President's Award to employees that have the tiny red heart on their license or who sign up. Some companies have a drawing for a personal day off. Others give a Very Big Heart ribbon that employees can proudly display and show their support.
