After being a transplant recipient 6 years ago, I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger and advocate to help change lives. Choosing to work at LifeShare was easy, but this organization has blessed me in more ways than I ever thought were possible and I couldn’t imagine helping save lives with any other organization!

Working at LifeShare means great teamwork and exceptional leadership. We have effective and genuine leaders that jump in and help. We have teammates that support one another because we want to succeed as a whole. It makes the workdays brighter and happier!

Getting to work for LifeShare has been a dream of mine ever since I worked alongside their team when I was a Respiratory Therapist. I was hooked immediately and knew I had to be part of this team some way or another.

Growing up I was raised on a core value to always walk in excellence. Working for an organization that is holding their employees to a high standard means a lot because I know they also want to walk in excellence.

LifeShare provides meaningful and fulfilling lifesaving work like no other. We work hard every day to live out a growth mindset. We are willing to challenge previously perceived limits to provide hope, life, and healing to our donor families and recipients alike. At the same time, we care for our fellow teammates as they discover and grow in their specialization to bring their best selves to work and back home to their families.
